Once again, we are hosting a pre party for the Anime Detour convention, and it will be in the same place as always, here is the low-down.
Where: 411 Dayton Rd, Champlin, MN 55316
When: April 10th at 6:00 PM till, whenever;)
What events will be there?
We will have PC Gaming with Wi-Fi to the net! AMV's, Anime Screeners, Food and Drink! (once again, Pot-Luck)
Things to bring: Laptops, Soda (in cans), Chips, Dips, and other snaki things like that.
On a side note, please do not bring bootleg dvd's, Laptops with fansubs as this is an official Quad Cities Anime event. All screeners that we bring will have permissions attached so any DVD's you bring will not be able to be played.

I assume I'm going to have to start knitting on Death Note Scarfs (or arm warmers) or probably cross-stitching patches to sell if I want this to be held at a hotel x.x

Yeah, there is also a registration badge party. I for one don't like being hounded by security because I happen to be in a group. The Detour fans seem to forget when the masive mall raid almost ended in jail time and me almost not being able to get real food because the detour attendees in the group wernt fallowing common sence. MoA Hates otaku mall raids, its a security nightmare, especially this close to the convention.
I am staying far away from the mall that weekend.
That being said, the raid is from 6-8, the mall closes at 9 to 10 pm, our party picked the date for this way before the raid was planned. And we are probubly going to be going to like 4 am.

Absolutely Not! Quad Cities Anime does not involve itself in any type of activity that could create problems. We are at peace with hotels and other recreational location such as MOA. We like to keep it that way. Daysting, what are you doing this weekend, I would like to go over some things with you and kinda catch up. I need to do some major repairs here as well I can see.
