We want to reduce downtime as well as acknowledge any planned downtime to the forums and website in advance. If we are planning any downtime in the near future we will post this information in here. Please be aware that we cannot control server backouts due to host backups and downtime. We will not be able to offer that information due to this information not being offered to us.

I will be doing a little maintenance on and off this weekend and some of next week due to the coming Halloween/Fall Holiday season as well as adding some additional features. The forums system should not be down any longer then an hour at a time. If it is, I will let everyone know.

Hello everyone,
We ran into some technical issues yesterday which resulted in our team doing a recovery on the forums. We did manage to recover most of the data but not everything. At this time, some sections will not be available. These area's include the calander, arcade, stafflist, and chat function. We hope to have these features back up promptly. Also, if you uploaded a custom avatar, you will need to reload it to your profile. If you find any errors on our site, please email us @ webteam[at]qcanime.org.

Thank you,

All forum systems with the exception of the arcade are all back to normal. Please remember that if you uploaded your own avatar or linked your avatar to an external link, you will need to repeat the steps of setting an avatar for your profile. If you run into any problems while doing this or find any bugs during your visit on our forums or on our website. Please email webteam[at]qcanime.org with a description of the bug. We will look into and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Thank You!

As most may already be aware, We have made some major changes to our website in the last couple of months. Please be advised that we will be continuing these upgrades through the new years. We are hoping to be complete with the changes by early January. Also, we are planning a server transfer for our forums system due to issues with the host. This is related to the continued errors and timeouts all of our members have been receiving when attempting to use the forums. This transition has been estimated to take approximately 2 hours.

Last, I would like to thank all of you who have continued to support us online. We in the webteam department have been working diligently to bring you the best support, product and interface so that your experience with Quad Cities Anime is more then well worth your time.
