I don't know if I'll be at Detour. I'm going to AnimeIowa'10, but I'm still unsure about Detour.
My friend is trying to convince me to go and bribe me with a ride there, but I don't know if I'll have the money for it...
I've only been to one con in my life so far and that was AI'08. And I really enjoyed that.
I've heard that Detour is a bit bigger of a con, but maybe...just maybe.

Hah, ha~! I was unable to go to AI '09 and I'd love to go next year. Hopefully you'll take that ride-offer and come to AD '10. It's not that much bigger, it'll be around 1,000, which isn't bad at all.  For cons, if you can pay the weekend pass and get a hotel room, I don't mind the spending money at all- just dressing up and chatting with people is fun for me. |

Yeah, I missed AI'09, too. I might have to take up the ride offer. Maybe I'll compare the two cons, decide which one to make my goal to go to every year in the future. XD And hey, I'm only in Iowa for AI. I live in Minnesota, and so does my family. My sisters live just south of the cities (one in Eagan, one in Minnetonka).
I'll plan for Detour '10.
Maybe I'll meet you there. Who knows?

whoo Detour is what im getting ready for but my home town is trying to improve their con called SoDak con, im not to sure that i could go due to distance but i dont care i think.
